Actors Management International operates with two specialist Divisions:

• Management Division which operates with the aim to develop and personally manage the actor’s career, including those who are looking to break into international markets;
• Agency Division which operates with the aim to represent our actors within Australian film, theatre, commercial, print and radio industries. We represent experienced actors as well as young adult, teen and child actors.

Actors Management International is owned and managed by Ali Roberts and Peter Gunn, and has an affiliation with the Ali Roberts Studio in Perth and LA (LA currently being set-up).

The formation of Actors Management International was a direct result of the Ali Roberts Studio’s actors having success in the United States and Australia through her career development work, as well as her successful US Acting Tours to New York and Los Angeles over the past 5 years.Due to these successes there became a need to launch a Management Company. As a consequence of this, there was a natural progression to establish a full service Agency as well.

Ali is a veteran in the film and television industry having run one of Perth’s most successful Acting Agencies in the past, and as an on set acting coach in multiple television series. Ali’s career path in the industry is unique, and she has worked extensively in front of and behind the camera. Ali has vast experience as a drama teacher, dramaturge and acting / dialogue coach.

Ali is responsible for the Management Division of Actors Management International. Ali is the Principal teacher at the Ali Roberts Studio – an established, boutique Perth based Acting School.

Peter comes from strong business, general management and sales management background in a variety of industries including accounting, software and corporate travel.

Both Ali and Peter get much satisfaction from seeing our Actors grow, develop, succeed and reach their goals and dreams.

A key member of the Actors Management International team is Maxine Howell-Price who is our Principal Agent and manages our Agency Division. Like Ali, Maxine is also an ‘industry veteran’ who is passionate about her actors, and has been nurturing and sharing her experiences with her actors for over 25 years. She has also worked on air at Channel 7 – Perth and Melbourne, Channel 9 Perth and Channel 10 Sydney. Maxine has done it all – theatre, TV, commercials, voiceovers and promotions. Maxine has been an Agent for many years and is very well known and highly respected in the Industry.

At Actors Management International we have many existing industry relationships in Australia which we can leverage for our actors, as well as Agents, Managers and Casting Directors internationally. This allow us to create excellent opportunities for our actors in the competitive entertainment industry.

At present Actors Management International represents and/or manages actors in Australia and the United States.
